Help Us Eradicate Child Trafficking
Over 79,000 Texas children and youth are trafficked each year for sex (according to an indepenedent study conducted by the University of Texas in Austin, 2016).
1 in 4 girls will be sexually abused before their 18th birthday.
33% of child assault victims are male.
Out of 59,919 child victims in Texas during
2019, 47% were between the ages of 6 and 12
In Texas, there are only 25 “exit beds” designated for triage and care of children and youth rescued from sex trafficking and abuse.
Join Hope Rising in the building of 2 state-of-the-art Emergency Assessment and Stabilization Centers, developed and designed to provide wrap-around services and triage care for the first 30-90 days of care upon rescue from sex trafficking, abuse and/or exploitation.
